Temple University professor Mathew Davis stopped by our store to pick up polycarbonite panels. He used them to make a facade for garage/workshop. Now, with the salvaged panels from the re, the natural light can make it’s way into his workshop!
Ah, lumber. It makes us so happy to see 2x4s, like these, reused in art and building projects rather than being sent to landfill or chipped by recyclers. Clearly they’re still extremely useful — it’s just finding the user that can be a challenge. So they sit in the shop, waiting for their second go-round. Volunteer extraordinaire Hunter came by to help us organize our lumber and building materials.
