GREAT reOPENING WEEKEND!

Thanks to everyone who came out to support our Grand reOpening Weekend! We had a great panel discussion on how to make great costumes and art for the Kensington Kinetic Sculpture Derby. Free Coffee! Artist Kathryn Sclavi and The Resource Exchange

Local artist Kathryn Sclavi came into the shop this week to pick up some fabric for her free pop up coffee shop. The coffee shop will be popping up in a vacant lot in Philadelphia this summer. Rather than allow debris to fill the lot like so many other lots in Philadelphia, Kate is turning both the lot and Philadelphia’s waste into a new resource for the community.
