Student Art Using Reclaimed Fabric!

Local Artist Aimee Lin has been working with students from the Lingelbach Elementary after school program to make quilts and a woven fabric mural; all made from reclaimed fabric found at the re! Expanded Reclaimed Art and Craft Supply Section!

We’re thrilled to see more and more reusable materials being donated to The Resource Exchange and being reused by our creative community! FSS Theatre ‘Metamorphoses’ + Salvaged Scenery Columns

Friends Select School Theatre department’s latest production Metamorphoses is opening this weekend and features two major set pieces from the re! Metamorphoses is based on the myths of Ovid, originally written and directed by Mary Zimmerman.         Max Budnick, FSS Technical Theatre Director, found these salvaged scenery columns and we think they were the perfect addition for the mythological narrative!  The FSS Theatre department gave our salvaged columns a new life with just a fresh coat of gold paint!
