Creative Reuse in Family Art Adventures at PAFA

Customer Rebecca Schultz taught the Family Art Adventures at PAFA as part of their Family Arts Academy Workshops. Rebecca came into The Resource Exchange for reclaimed arts and craft supplies, instead of buying new. We’re so happy to see the materials we saved being used for family arts education. Here’s what Rebecca had to share about the workshop:

“The project was inspired by the Rina Banerjee: Make Me a Summary of the World exhibit. We looked at some of the mixed media pieces in the exhibit, talked about the different materials she uses in her work and their possible meanings, and then families made mixed media wall pieces utilizing a range of materials.”
