Material Reuse in New Hope Academy’s “12 Angry Jurors”

Pictures are in from the latest theater production at New Hope Academy, 12 Angry Jurors (an adaption of the classic “Twelve Angry Men” which centers around a jury’s deliberation of a homicide trial).  The alternative school for grades 6-12 in Bucks County has collaborated with the re to use our reclaimed materials for the sets of a number of their plays.  You can read more about the re‘s collaboration with New Hope Academy here!

Some of the reclaimed materials used in 12 Angry Jurors to recreate the courthouse “deliberation room” include this window frame, wood moulding, faux bricks, and a Police sign (available for rental!).  Pieces of a salvaged church pew create a very stately chair rail.
