Join us at The Resource Exchange for a reception to open the gallery of local books and printing artist, Jenn Pascoe. Come meet her and see her newest works that incorporate reused paper and other salvaged materials at the reception Sunday Feb. 8th from 2-4. Her work will be up all month, so you can also catch it in the gallery during The Resource Exchange’s open hours: Wednesdays-Saturdays 10-6, and Sundays 12-4. Invite your friends!

Learn how to make different types of books using scrap and reclaimed materials – No experience necessary! reCreate Featured Artist of February Jenn Pascoe will teach participants how to make and bind 3 different types of books in 3 hours. The workshop will cover a single sheet book structure (the “x fold”), a pamphlet book variation (the “two in one”), and a three signature binding with exposed sewing on the spine. If there’s time, participants could also learn variations on these techniques. Invite your friends!;
