Light as a Feather?

Things are not always as they appear when you save items from the film and theatre industry…

Alison lifting brick wall!

This wall may be the only brick wall the “Big Bad Wolf” can blow down. At 5 pounds, this faux brick wall can be creatively used in a theater set. This very realistic wall is made of 100% recycled materials and is really easy to paint.

Alison:heavy thread!

Can you think of anything smaller than a single strand of thread? But when many single strands find themselves wrapped around spools and thrown collectively into a single bin, they begin to add up. These spools come together to make a little over 18 pounds!

Alison looking through set house window

Giant woman, or small house? The latter takes the cake as this miniature beauty weighs in at a mere 7 pounds. This model set was used on stage in a production of  “Three Sisters” at The Arden Theater. Using your imagination and creativity, this model can be reused in many ways.

glass box of feathers

Light as a feather…or maybe not. This box just might have one feather too many. It came in weighing a whopping ___ pounds and ___ ounces. A picture is worth a thousand words (and maybe a thousand pounds) but if you want to know the weight of this strange reclaimed object, you’ll just have to guess. Guess the right weight and take it home with you!
